What can the Modifications Centre do for you?
The TLA Modifications Centre is run by 3D CAD specialist technicians and robot/CNC experts, equipped with automated machinery to deliver modifications to your exact specifications before your products are shipped to you, meaning all that’s left for you to do once you receive them is the installation.
Precision cutting of enclosures
- CNC and laser cutting on plastic, GRP, mild steel and stainless steel enclosures
- We work from your sketch or DWG file
- Clean, accurate cut-outs every time
Custom Panel building
- Fitting out gear plates with trunking, DIN-rail, terminals, terminal marking and all panel components
- Fully built to spec and ready to drop into your build
Creating Laser Engraved and Etched Stainless Steel or Anodised Aluminium Labels
- Laser engraved/etched labels that don’t rub off
- UV stable and resistant to scouring, pressure washing, and chemicals
- Add your logo or your client’s logo
- Tie-on cable markers available in flexible, coloured materials
- Ideal for food factory environments – the most durable and hygienic labelling method
Painting enclosures

- We can test most popular manufacturer brands of hand crimping tools for

- Copper tube lugs - 0.25mm2 - 35mm2
- Our Modifications Centre staff have completed training and are now fully operational working to BS-EN-60352-2-2006 as standard, we are also able to test to DIN 46228-4 and UL486F
