Ordering within the UK

Deliveries are made on TLA transport wherever possible, reputable carriers are used for all other deliveries.

Ordering from outside the UK

Due to Brexit TLA terms for shipping outside of the UK are now DAP (Delivered at Place), we the seller deliver the goods at the named destination, we cannot be held responsible for items being held at customs at point of country entry specified by the buyer, the unloading of the goods are the responsibility of the buyer, where aplicable the buyer is also required to sort out any duties and taxes aplied by their own country, as well as clearing the goods through customs.
