With a height of only 60mm across the entire series these switch mode power supplies really could be the answer you've been looking for.

The range starts with a 24V DC, 0.7 amp option with a width of only 22.5mm, to the largest 24V DC 4 amp version has the width of only 90mm and filling in the 24V DC range are 1.3, 2.5 and 3.8 amp versions. With other voltage options of 5V DC 6 amp, 12V DC 2.6 and 5 amp and 48V DC 2 amp also available.

The INSTA-POWER series are economical, compact, DIN rail mounted power supply solutions with high power density in demand in countless applications; for example in building management installations, fieldbus systems and powering remote I/O on OEM machinery, electrical distribution boards, meter panels, heating systems and similar requirements also to be found in the increasingly decentralised structures of mechanical engineering and process technology. Further applications are signal and telecommunication systems.

The single-phase, primary clocked switching power supplies are characterised by a wide power spectrum, compact construction and excellent value for money. Thanks to a wide-range voltage input of 85-264 V and international approvals (e.g. cCSAus, Cl. 1, Div. 2, NEC Class 2), they can be used worldwide - a great advantage for export-oriented plant engineering. All devices can be operated in the temperature range -25°C to +70°C (start-up: -40°C). High efficiency up to 91% and extremely low no-load power loss of max. 0.5 W ensure minimal energy costs.

PUSH IN connections make the INSTA-POWER ideal for unfavourable applications such as high vibration environments, with approvals for shock resistance IEC 60068-2-27 (15 G in all directions) and vibration resistance IEC 60068-2-6 (2.3g).
