Product innovation, as well as being a company who is ‘easy to do business with’, are parts of Eldon’s legacy. Further to Eldon operating under the name nVent HOFFMAN, since May 5, 2020, these much appreciated characteristics will continue with the addition of even more resources.

With innovation also being a core part of nVent, under the nVent HOFFMAN banner‚ Eldon will continue to put maximum effort into developing products and improving support to ensure customers remain competitive, while boosting their bottom line.
The key development drivers of fast assembly, optimum protection and appealing design, will continue to guide much of nVent HOFFMAN’s research and development activities, contributing to delivering optimum enclosures meeting customers’ exact requirements. As companies, both Eldon and nVent HOFFMAN have impressive research and development resources along with digitalisation initiatives, which enable them to develop an even wider, synchronised solutions global portfolio.

Jointly as nVent HOFFMAN, their global team will continue the legacy of ‘easy to do business with’, committed to delivering the right product, at the right time and place, and at the right price.
In the same vein, products will continue to be designed to be easy to work with, such as their click-in technology, enabling one person to carry out installation without tools.
Numerous varied configurations are possible with the product line having a variety of designs together with a wide range of accessories. Modifications to standard enclosures are simple to perform during manufacturing with a wide range of hole sizes and different shaped cut-outs available, along with a selection of RAL colours.
Online tools are also provided along with information on their websites to help customers in their engineering work.

With some 9,000 employees in about 80 locations worldwide, nVent HOFFMAN now also joined with Eldon, will be in a strong position to support customers locally and globally. Their combined strengths give a global manufacturing footprint and a high-quality, competitive range of both IEC and NEMA electrical enclosures.

Eldon and nVent HOFFMAN together will continue to offer a precise modified enclosure solution for every customer requirement. A new element will be that customers can soon have their design engineered in one location and then sourced in other places throughout the world with exactly the same specification and quality.
