Smart Sensor Goes Digital – IO Link Monitoring of Temperature and Humidity

Smart Sensor CSS 014 IO-Link. The Smart Sensor CSS 014 IO-Link measures temperature and humidity and can easily and accurately be integrated in (remote) monitoring or predictive maintenance concepts.

  • Digital interface according to the IO-Link protocol
  • Small dimensions (140 x 40 x 38 mm)

  • Connection via 3-pole standard cable (unshielded) with M12 plug

In conjunction with an IO-Link master, the Smart Sensor CSS 014 IO-Link needs to be set up once. The technical term for this procedure is parameterization. The Smart Sensor provides temperature and humidity values according to its parameterization, and in addition offers so-called event bits – for example when defined temperature or humidity limits are exceeded. Extended diagnostics data and device information are also available due to its internal data storage.

The digital Smart Sensor CSS 014 is not only suitable for installation in enclosures or control cabinets, it can also find use in a variety of applications.
