Our PCB terminal block is rated for 320V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 76A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 12mm and 13mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our CAGE CLAMP® connection provides a proven and maintenance-free way to connect all types of conductors. You do not need to prepare the conductor in any way, such as crimping ferrules. The dimensions are 20 x 33.3 x 30mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 1.5mm² to 16mm². Up to two potentials / two poles can be connected to this terminal strip using two clamping points on one level. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 30° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.95 x 1.2mm in cross-section and 4.5mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are four solder pins per potential.
