Our PCB terminal block (item number 236-746) simplifies electrical installations. It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320V and can handle currents up to 24A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 5mm and 6mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with CAGE CLAMP®, this connector outperforms the competition. Our celebrated universal connection known as CAGE CLAMP® is industry-leading when it comes to connection technology and electrical interconnections. The dimensions are 7.2 x 17 x 14mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08mm² to 2.5mm². Up to one potential / one pole can be connected to this terminal block using one clamping point on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the orange housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 45°.. The solder pins are organized within the terminal block (in-line). They are 0.7 x 0.7mm cross-section and 4mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
