Terminals

Our range of electrical wiring products include din rail terminal blocks and electrical connectors from the World’s leading manufacturers. Our official partners include Wago, Weidmuller, ABB Entrelec, now TE Connectivity, and Wieland. Whether in a control panel, switchboard, or on a oem machine, or just in junction box or distribution box, our product range features the right solution for every electrical installation job. We offer products for a fast, efficient and maintenance free installation providing secure and permanent connections.

When choosing the right type of terminal block for your installation there are a few aspects that need to be considered. Typically these are current and voltage requirements, the type of wire being used, mechanical strength and the environment. TLA’s range of feed through terminal blocks come in a variety of options to ensure you have the more effective connection point for your project:

Screw Clamp - A screw terminal features a screw as the method for holding the cable or wire. Ideally found in low voltage and current demands such as industrial or commercial wiring. Available in Weidmuller, Wago, Wieland and Entrelec.

Push In Type - Using push in technology, ideal in applications with severe vibration our push fit connectors have the advantage of preventing over tightening. A small spring loaded lever is used to allow cables and wires to enter the terminal block in one direction, holding the wire in place with spring clamp tension..

Stud Type - This type of connection is preferred where the installation may be subject to high currents. Connection is made by crimping a copper tube lug onto cable. Available in Entrelec, Weidmuller and Wieland single or double stud type.

Our range of cross feed connectors can then be used alongside our rail mount terminals for fast, easy and clearly organised wiring in control cabinets. If you’re looking for standard Wago connectors series 222 and Wago 221 or the Weidmuller Klippon connect range please contact us
